1. Who this policy applies to

This Privacy Policy applies to the Invoisar mobile application, related web pages and services available through invoisar.com (together, the “Service”). In this policy, “Invoisar”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Invoisar Service.

2. Information we process

Account and sign-in information

When you create or use an account, we may process your name, email address, account identifier, profile information and authentication information.

If you choose Sign in with Google, Google may provide Invoisar with basic account information that you authorize, such as your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile image. We use this information only to authenticate your account, create or match your Invoisar profile, and provide account-related features.

Business and document information

To provide invoicing features, we process information that you enter into the Service, which may include:

  • business name, contact details, address, tax or registration details and branding;
  • customer names, company details, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers;
  • invoices, estimates, credit notes, items, prices, taxes, discounts, payment instructions, notes, references and purchase order numbers;
  • uploaded logos, item images, signatures and other files you choose to store;
  • document status information, such as created, sent, read, paid and signed timestamps.

Payments and subscriptions

Payments, subscriptions, card acceptance and connected payment accounts may be processed by Stripe. Invoisar may receive payment status, customer or subscription identifiers, transaction identifiers, account status and related billing information needed to provide payment features. Invoisar does not need to store your full payment card number when Stripe processes the payment.

Device, notification and diagnostic information

Where enabled, Invoisar may use Firebase services for push notification tokens, app analytics and crash diagnostics. This can include device or app identifiers, device and operating-system information, app events, crash information and technical diagnostics. We use this information to deliver notifications, understand app performance and improve reliability.

Emails and support

When we send verification or service emails, email delivery providers may process the recipient address and message delivery information. If you contact support, we process the information you provide in your request.

3. Why we use information

We use personal information where necessary to provide the Service, operate your account, perform requested features, protect the Service, comply with legal obligations and pursue legitimate interests such as improving reliability and preventing abuse. Depending on the context, our purposes include:

  • authenticating you and keeping your account secure;
  • creating, storing, sharing, signing and managing business documents;
  • processing subscriptions and payment-related features;
  • sending account, document and security notifications;
  • providing customer support;
  • diagnosing crashes, measuring performance and improving the Service;
  • preventing fraud, misuse and unauthorized access;
  • meeting legal, accounting, tax and regulatory obligations where applicable.

4. Google user data

Invoisar uses Google account data only for user-facing authentication and account functionality.

If you use Google Sign-In, Invoisar accesses only the Google user data permitted by the scopes you approve. For basic authentication this may include your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile information.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not transfer it to third parties except where necessary to provide or secure Invoisar, comply with law, or with your direction or consent.

Invoisar’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will follow the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

5. Service providers

We use specialist providers to operate parts of Invoisar. Depending on the features you use, these can include:

  • Supabase — authentication, database, file storage and server-side functions;
  • Google / Firebase — Google Sign-In, notifications, analytics and crash diagnostics where enabled;
  • Stripe — subscriptions, online payments, connected payment accounts and payment-terminal features;
  • Resend — transactional and verification email delivery where used;
  • hosting and infrastructure providers — to serve Invoisar web pages and related assets.

These providers process information only for the services they provide to us and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.

6. Customer data you enter

Invoisar allows users to enter personal information about their own customers. If you use Invoisar for your business, you are responsible for ensuring you have an appropriate lawful basis and any notices or permissions required to upload, store, use or share that customer information.

7. How long we keep information

We generally keep account and business data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service. When an account or content is deleted, some information may remain for a limited period in backups or where retention is necessary for security, dispute resolution, payment, tax, legal or regulatory reasons.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their devices, passwords and account access.

9. International processing

Some service providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, objection to, or portability of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a privacy request, email support@invoisar.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

11. Children

Invoisar is a business productivity service and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly design the Service to collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Service, our providers or legal requirements change. We will update the “Last updated” date above and provide additional notice where required.
