1. About Invoisar
Invoisar is a business productivity service for creating and managing invoices, estimates and related business documents, together with optional payment, signing, notification and account features.
By creating an account or using Invoisar, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your account and keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by a failure for which we are legally responsible.
You must not use another person’s account without permission or attempt to bypass authentication, security, subscription or usage controls.
3. Your business information and documents
You retain responsibility for the business information, customer information, files, invoices, estimates, signatures and other content you create, upload or store through Invoisar (“Your Content”).
You grant Invoisar the limited rights needed to host, process, reproduce and transmit Your Content solely to operate, secure and provide the Service and features you request.
You are responsible for checking that invoices, tax information, totals, due dates, payment instructions and other document details are correct before sending or relying on them.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Invoisar to:
- break the law, facilitate fraud or misrepresent your identity or business;
- send unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unsolicited communications;
- upload malware or attempt to interfere with the Service or other users;
- gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- use payment or signing functionality for unlawful transactions or documents.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the Service or comply with law.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Invoisar may offer free and paid plans, including Invoisar Pro. Current features, prices, billing periods and any trial terms are shown in the app or at checkout before you subscribe.
Paid subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until cancelled, unless the checkout terms state otherwise. Subscription and card payments may be processed by Stripe. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for amounts shown at checkout.
You can cancel a subscription using the available account or billing controls. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal and does not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
6. Customer payments and Stripe Connect
Where Invoisar allows you to accept payments from your customers, payment processing is provided through Stripe and may require you to create or connect a Stripe account, satisfy Stripe’s verification requirements and accept Stripe’s applicable terms.
You are responsible for the goods or services you sell, your customer relationship, refunds, disputes, taxes and compliance obligations. Invoisar is not a bank, card issuer or payment institution and does not guarantee that a payment will be authorized, settled or free from dispute.
7. Electronic signatures
Invoisar may provide tools for requesting and recording customer signatures. You are responsible for deciding whether an electronic signature is appropriate for your document, obtaining any required consent and ensuring the document meets the legal or industry requirements applicable to your transaction.
Invoisar provides the technical signing feature but does not provide legal advice or guarantee that a particular signature or document will be enforceable in every jurisdiction or situation.
8. Taxes, accounting and professional advice
Features such as tax calculations, totals, payment records, reports and document templates are provided for convenience. You are responsible for checking them and obtaining professional advice where needed.
9. Third-party services
Invoisar integrates with third-party services such as Supabase, Google/Firebase, Stripe and email delivery providers. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update, improve, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will provide notice where required by law.
11. Intellectual property
Invoisar, its software, interface, branding and related materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Invoisar to you.
You may use the Service only for its intended business purposes and may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service except where the law expressly permits it.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Invoisar at any time and may use available account deletion controls. We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, create security or fraud risk, fail to pay applicable charges, or where continued provision would be unlawful.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including payment obligations, ownership provisions and limitations of liability, will continue to apply.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or other matters for which limitation is prohibited by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Invoisar is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business opportunities or losses caused by information you entered incorrectly, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Invoisar, our providers or legal requirements. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Invoisar and your use of the Service, subject to any mandatory rights and protections that apply to you under local law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
